[ubuntu-art] A Light Theme

I started to make a light theme for ubuntu.
I would make a simple and nice theme not dark.
For metacity I have modified DarkRoom-Metacity a bit but I would also
change the metacity button.
This is only the first step, in the next days I will make a wiki page
and send the gtkrc file to test it.

ps: at the moment I used Murrine-SVN of the Intrepid Repository...for
Jaunty I must used this or in the next release will we use the latest
Murrine Engine? I think clarify this point is very important.
In my opinion is better if we can use in Jaunty the latest svn version
of murrine.
