I made the ruler transparent just because I like how it looks. As Cory and
Anton said, the transparent rulers are quite common.
I see what Cory said about the perspective. I'm making another one with a
more consistent perspective to the other icons.

I think that we should make icons with different perspectives but
considering its context. In this case, this icon doesn't really match with
the other "categories" icons perspectives.
