[ubuntu-art] Remove subject tag and footer. Pros/cons

Hello Alan,

If the decision is made (as I hope it will be) to remove the tag, I will be
happy to write you a Python script that filters your mail for to:ubuntu-art
and adds an "[ubuntu-art]" tag to the subject line.
