[ubuntu-art] Gartoon Redux (again)

Hello again.

I added the Gartoon Redux icons I talked about some time ago to the
Incoming page. I really hope thy can make their way into the Karmic
release of Edubuntu :)

I will soon release a 1.10 version that has icons for the new
applications present in Karmic (for example Telepathy status icons,
Gnome-PackageKit icons, Palimpsest icons, etc.).
