Took another look at mail-send-receive.

The plate layer is empty. It's likely easiest to fix if you insert the
graphics into a fresh template.

You should turn on the pixel-grid (# Key, at least on this keyboard).
All horizontal and vertical edges should be exactly on the grid for
sharp rendering.

The outline or your arrows is less than 1 pixel strong. Avoid this, it
can't be rendered well.


It's much better to get you to the point where you get all of this right
than constantly needing someone else to fix it ;)
