The envelope looks a bit hard, not like paper. A tiny bit less contrast
in the gradient and making it slightly yellowish could help.

The arrows seem to be a bit warped, not straight.


I suggest you use a warm color for the send arrow and a cool color for
receive (active and passive, even if you actually pull mail).
