Thanks for sending the theme over.
Since I just joined the conversation I might miss a few things, but I 
understand it's about themeing specifically for a feminine audience. I 
base my comments on this assumption.
 
The theme is quite nice and I think you are heading in the right direction.
Here are some comments I hope will help you understand your audience a 
little better.

When designing for a female audience, you want -on a very generic level- 
consider the following:

Designs should be soft, round, playful, romantic, fun and colourful. 
Floral themes, ornaments and blurred colours are often considered feminine.

Colours are in general lighter; multi-colour in pastels or vivid colours 
are good as are softer, slightly blurred pale colours. Note that the 
English (American, British ect) women do have a tendency towards (often 
bright) pink, while European women tend towards lighter colours and 
southern women often love bright colours.
In that sense its quite easy to design something specifically for the 
British market for instance, make it pink and they will buy it :)

In your example you done pretty good on the 'combobox' with the slightly 
blurry violet radiant, very female.

Nokia was very successful with the L'Amour Collection 
(http://europe.nokia.com/A4174159) which was targeted towards the female 
buyer.

to see what I mean.
Note the soft, blurry colours and round ornaments.

female audience for your inspiration.
