[ubuntu-art] Need Help Testing Dust Theme

Dust is a theme (as with the other community themes), not a piece of software
with many functions. There's no need to put a testing framework in place.
Just test all the things included there (Dust, Dust Aurora, Dust Borderless)
and the Firefox theme (if you found it).

Also, I repackaged it -- I hope that gets rid of some of the tarball-related
errors.
