[ubuntu-art] Dust menubar evolution

I think the theme was better with gradients in menubar. Now it seems on
one hand more uniform, but looks... poor and too simple. Maybe dropping
Aurora and pixmap is not the right choice, I think the theme needs
gradients to match the original mockup.
