[ubuntu-art] Requesting help for send a theme to canonical

[artworkteam italian]

greetings friend, we are the scribble team, a italian team for artwork and
themes. We have created this theme, called rome, and we want to propose it
as te main theme for intrepid ibex. can anyone tell us a way to send this to
anonical so they can see it and decide if it is ok
