First impression is pretty good. On closer look, I wonder about the
light direction. Left edge is much darker than right edge. The speaker
cone implies light comes from top right. Shadow says light comes from
straight above.

There are aliasing issues on the circles, mainly outer edge of the
speaker cone.

I think you should try a very slight shift to a warm tone and maybe even
an ochre (bright brown) for the cone.
