[ubuntu-art] Wubi Website Artwork

This artwork is not even official. Consider it "Ubuntu fan art." :) Not to
mention that I think it clashes against the site!
Also, I think one of the requirements mentioned was that it should be
release-neutral and not be specific to Ibex.
