[ubuntu-art] Kyūdō: Release specific additions to the message

Hi!

As just added to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/KyudoGuidelines/Message

There are a few major goals set for each cycle. It has to be considered
if any of them can be reflected in the design of the boot-splash, login
screen and wallpaper. Especially the wallpaper, as it is expected to be
a new one for each release. 

For Jaunty Jackalope, planned to be 9.04, taken from
https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2008-September/000481.html: 

      * Fast boot 
      * Integration of web services
