[ubuntu-art] New Wave: I Actually Like!

Hey Ubuntu Artists:
I am the creator of Clear Intrepid, and while I would prefer my theme to New
Wave, I want to say good job! I like it much more than the current theme.
Only one suggestion: could you make a light version, with perhaps grey or
whit replacing the black? I would definitely vote for it being included or
even being the default.
