[ubuntu-art] Windows? Mac? Gnome? KDE?

I have experience with the uncreative aspects of collaborative design--I was
one our school yearbook in high school.  I think then I'll just keep working
on my Sapien theme over the summer.  However, this is the first time I've
tried my hand at writing a theme, and I would appreciate someone (not to
write the theme for me) but to be available to give pointers as I
experiment.  I probably won't have something complete for at least a month,
but I'll try to keep the wiki page updated as I work.
