You make a style and apply it to a bunch of *panel classes. I did just

To give credit where it is due, I think I found that list in one of
Billy Cantrell's themes (bvc)...

The murrine configurator is unlikely to include _all_ murrine options
:) you can theme it just like clearlooks using the .gtkrc

I really don't know, but it'll likely be done with the same syntax as
the stuff above for the panel - you just need to know the classes and
widgets to use. Sorry not to be more helpful :S
