Can I suggest you have a look at the wiki layout for the Blubuntu theme:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Blubuntu

That layout seemed to work well, and while I wouldn't suggest you just
copy it, I think something similar will help to grow a team that can
contribute.

And one other point: Before I moved it, your reply was above Cory's
question - so technically a 'top post' - which I don't think I need to
say much more about ;)
