[ubuntu-art] [Kubuntu] Oxygen Connections Plasma theme

Hi,
I would like to submit my Plasma theme "Oxygen Connections" to Kubuntu.

It is a simple theme based off of the Oxygen widget style. The theme is 
very sane and not too overbearing and goes well with the entire Oxygen 
theme.

So.. I guess that's my submission. The wiki wasn't very clear on what to 
do. (Or maybe I'm thinking that it would be more complicated than it 
actually is?)
