[ubuntu-art] GTK-theme proposal

Hi folks,

I spoke with salane about creating a gtk-theme. As a result I created a 
wiki page for that:

What do you think about using the pixmap engine?

Maybe this approach at creating a theme works and we get a good theme 
at the end, maybe then it could be used as default theme or at least be 
included as an alternative to the old theme.
