[ubuntu-art] Compiz desktop switcher color

I disagree. Orange suits default Ubuntu theme most and the first influence
is most important. If someone will be able to change the theme than will
also know how to change compiz colours.
Ideally - compiz colours should change dynamically to fit the actual theme.
I don't think that sch feature could be implemented in Hardy so we have to
resolve that problem another way. Maybe someone could contact compiz team?
