[ubuntu-art] Here's my hacked version of clearlooks and 3 themes to go with it. (updated)

So for whatever reason the new version of the UbuntuClearlooks theme didn't upload to the wiki.  Didn't realize it until tonight.

Here's the latest version with the nicer metacity.    The gtk-engines link below is the latest version of my hack.
