What does it matter that it is one file at a time?  You're sending
WAVE FILES, and I (and as you already saw, others too) have
a painfully slow connection!

I have normally come to understand that one *never* sends
attachments to a public/semipublic mailing list, **never**
(well, unless it is really *really* small size);   instead, if
anything, we put the files some place available via ftp or
web, and then send an e-mail with a link to the list.

If that's not the case in this list  (that is, if this list is intended
for people to send files as attachments), please guys let me
know, in which case I would be forced to unsubscribe from
the list.
