[ubuntu-art] Help with Art design of Ubuntu

Here's how it works in short form. Everyone makes their
theme/wallpaper/etc, and submit it to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Artwork/Incoming/Intrepid/. Then people
discuss the art on this list, make tweaks etc., and in the end when
the artwork deadline comes, pray that whatever gods choose ubuntu
artwork picked their theme.

So, you can either start making your own themes, or help others
improve on theirs.
