Nice work man! Just one question: the gears illustrate work and progress, right?
I don't know why everybody uses gears to show this but IMO it a little bit strange 
and misleading at first sight. Can you try using some other symbol like hammer 
or smth connected with the process of creation and collaboration (scissors, paper, pencils ...).
