[ubuntu-art] New theme

Hello everybody I suggest we use the aurora (based on clearlooks) engine
for widgets because personally for me its quite beautiful. Only it's not
orange :(, but we can make it such. Example:

Dark Orange Theme I use. The Blended windows decoration is not perfect
on this screenshot because I installed compiz - fusion and
blended4compiz should be installed instead.
