Hi,
a gallery / wiki would be interesting. There would be two parts, one where
everybody can upload a creation (gnome-look, kde-look), and an other where
there would be the way for an "official artwork", so argue in the wiki (or a
chat) and make a decision after a time, in the first page we would can see
this (as: http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Icon_Theme_Guidelines). And
everybody can purpose icons, wallpapers with the defined style but a band of
boss would choose (for a good, strong artwork) what will be in the official
Artwork.
ps: sorry for my bad english.
