[ubuntu-art] Dark Themes Again

I was thinking of use a dark themes in darker rooms like studios and home e
ntertainment.
I agree dark themes in rooms with normal lighting are harder on eyes, but
when the room is darker, lighter themes can be very bright and also hurt the
eyes.
