[ubuntu-art] Hardy Cursor Theme

I have not heard mention of doing a Ubuntu specific cursor theme?  Is this something we can create as well?
 
I created this one a few months ago.

that cursor theme is a bit raw.  If I were to spend some time on it I'd make the ubuntu logo spin 3D-ishly around the pointers.
