[ubuntu-art] New Hardy theme

Whatever GTK engine Hardy will use, the design community should focus on a
new, modern theme. In contrast to Vista's or OS X's theme, the Human theme
is in an inferior position. Once the new color palette is found (am I right
that it's going to be black/orange?), we have to work on new buttons, new
checkboxes, new menu entrys, and so on. The current theme looks quite boring
and bland from my point of view. We should put in more depth with gradients,
more gloss and choose other corners.
Another thing I have to criticize is that the new icon theme will still
follow the Tango dogmas. In comparison to the KDE4 Oxygen icon set for
example, I expect any Tango style icon theme to be comic-like and too much
child-friendly. Tango style icons fit quite well to Edubuntu, but not to
Ubuntu which claims to be a modern alternative to Windows and OS X.
