The firecrackers and broken gear sound best to me atm, but then again, it 
depends on the artwork as well. My first idea was an app window with an 
exclamation point on it. The most important thing about this icon is that it 
will be shown at the smallest sizes.

I think those two ideas tie in together very well. Makes good sense.

I think that this is an icon that is used more as decoration than anything 
else, perhaps Martin can spread more light on this (?)
