[ubuntu-art] Icon theme suggestion

Actually this trapper keeper folder reminded me how popular that
white>light blue>blue>dark blue>black>brown>orange>yellow gradients were
back in early 90s or even later (see these "music notes"). Kinda
reflection of sky-earth on a glossy-metallic surface.

I guess glossy surfaces will always be "in", but the important thing is
where and how to use it. By saying "gloss is dead, long live matte!",
let's not turn the entire interface into stone or rubber. A balanced
gloss-matte is always needed.

And yes, this trapper keeper has that balanced taste, not for us, but
maybe gentoo artwork team may need it :)
