[ubuntu-art] New Wallpaper proposal

Yes, Ubuntu isn't OSX but I think that we can learn a lot from OSX or even
Windows. In my opinion is not good to make brown OS X for Ubuntu but Apple
has done a great job with the desktop artwork and the user interface. We
don't have to imitate OS X look but we can learn taking a look to other O.S.
