[ubuntu-art] Artwork update and release notes

It is my suggestion that the timetable for completion of the Artwork have a 
deadline which is one month prior to the entire project. This is to insure 
that the artwork is properly depicted within the documentation like the book 
which needs some leadin time in order to go to print accurately.
