What are we going to accomplish there that we can't
HERE? 

Check the IRC logs.  Let's meet when we NEED to.

Let's use the darn tools that we already have until
such a time that a limit is hit.

Further, and I restate this for the 10000th time, many
folks in the art community are probably too darn busy
to sit down and chit chat in IRC.  Not ruling it out 
entirely, but it strikes me that it is wholeheartedly 
premature.
