Does that mean a forum thread was not sane? I thought it was as sane as
it gets. If you do not not, I'd like to know why.

...and if it wasn't, I wish you expressed so, a week ago. I could have
easily set up an email address for people to vote and given access to
the others to ensure I wasn't doing anything crooked.
