I'm working on this, at the moment I really like the colors and feel of my 
splash, I just feel the Ubuntu logo needs to be a tiny bit smaller to make it 
less intrusive and it needs a bit of retouching to make it look more crisp. 
I'll try to get this done somewhere within the next few hours, before 
midnight GMT+1.

Dennis, I'll announce and provide the sources officially by then too, is that 
good enough for you?
