[ubuntu-art] Firefox theme set 0.3 released

Hello everyone,

As expected I've improved the Firefox theme set again today. Another couple of 
hours of work resulted in the following changes for this release:
- Added proper icons for History, Bookmarks, Secure, Insecure, Tab, Bookmark 
Move, Page Orientation and Plugins
- Updated the Bookmark Rename icon to better match defaults
- Fixed "tab close" issue

Thanks go out to Tobias Wolf, who pointed me to several Tango mailing lists, 
development sites and ready-to-use icons. The Firefox themes are now almost 
complete, there are only three missing icons left:

- Preferences Lock icon, should be 32x32, now using actions/lock
- Bookmark Add Separator icon, should be 24x24, now using actions/document-new
- Bookmark Rename icon, should be 24x24, now using actions/format-justify-left

I also filed a bug report against Firefox for that last one, read the details 
on it on Malone (please comment if I'm wrong):

If I could get some advice on those remaining three icons before tomorrow 
evening (20:00 GMT) that'd be great. If the current icons look good, I'd like 
to hear it, if there are better ones just let me know as well. Just shout.

Even with those last three remaining issues I feel that the themes are getting 
ready for prime-time. If you could all pitch in some more testing I'd really 
appreciate it. My plan is to notify ubuntu-devel tomorrow so that the 
discussion mentioned in a lot of default theme related Firefox bugs on Malone 
can be resurrected. Anyone with good ideas regarding this can let me know.
