[ubuntu-art] new theme : Heat

I just made a new theme. It's a simple color variation from the current 
human theme.
It goes with a background i made and the gray-tango icon theme.
It's brown but not too much. The suggested background is red, but the 
gtk theme goes well with any other color.

It doesn't follow the ubuntu color palette.
