the four initial specs before further tasks will
be assigned.


Let's try to keep focused and deliver the goods 
this cycle.

If you plan on trying a proposal with a given style,
make sure you communicate your desires in Ponder.


There are a number of reasons for doing it in this
systematic way:

1) It prevents people from running off on tangents.

2) It permits the upper level folks to approve of
   all directions BEFORE people spend time on them.



Remember:  Ponder is only a couple of weeks long,
   then we can start in on the proposals.  Keep
   focused and get your textural ideas in.
