PS: Sorry, I had to have a second look ;)

I think the 3rd one is clearly better than the second, because I can't
really have shadow around this glass plate.
It gives the impression that the scene is not properly lighted or the glass
is not polished.
In the 3rd (and 6th), the light is refracted in the glass background's
edges.
