Ken, those look superb.

If you wouldn't mind, I'd love to see your svgs... I'm trying to learn
how to do the glass effect and would enjoy seeing how you do it.

I like your map idea for a background. Admittedly, it looks very KDEish,
and I don't think it would fit well for gnome (not that it matters to
you), but the concept is stellar, not only in artistic quality, but also
in the concept.

By the way, I  had a heck of a time seeing your designs. Your host's
first two DNS servers wouldn't answer for me.
