[ubuntu-art] Improved Cursor Design...

I've been making some design improvements to that cursor design I threw 
around to you a few weeks ago. I kinda redid the shaping and angle of it 
but it's the same basic design. THESE ARE NOT COMPILED CURSORS. If you 
want to compile them to test them and you know how to do it, be my 
guest. I will be working on a new spinner cursor design as well while 
I'm at it so stay tuned for that.
