[ubuntu-art] Updated Cursor...continued

Everyone, I just got new information that may affect how we do cursors 
for Edgy. Microsoft in a recent build of Vista put in new mouse cursors 
by default. I attached a picture of the new cursors aside our 
cursors...they are pretty nice but I find them to be a complete ripoff 
of Jimmac!
