[ubuntu-art] the widget factory

Thanks.  I didn't find a deb for Widget Factory 0.2.1 so i built it
using checkinstall and attached it to the Peace GTK page.  I needed it
because I wanted to install widget factory on a machine that I couldn't
realistically install a build environment on.  So, there it is if anyone
wants it.
