Please remove ppc64el and riscv64 binaries from questing.

hexagonrpc now builds only for amd64, arm64 and armhf.

There are no reverse dependencies.

$ reverse-depends -r questing src:hexagonrpc
No reverse dependencies found

$ reverse-depends -r questing -a source src:hexagonrpc
No reverse dependencies found

It has already been removed in Debian.
