[Bug 2109887] [NEW] Remove python3.12 from questing

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Jeremy Bícha (jbicha):

python3.12 autosynced from Debian to questing. plucky only supports
python3.13 so it would be a step backwards for questing to have
python3.12.

python3.12 should not be in Debian either at this point but doko somehow
finds it helpful in preparing stable release updates.

Please remove python3.12 from questing and add it to the sync blocklist.
