sorry, my mistake. I was only thinking about the binary and didn't
consider the source. Modifying this to a RM bug.

- ocaml-taglib is FTBFS with latest taglib. The relevant Debian bug report is https://bugs.debian.org/1092688.
- Though it will not complete the taglib transition but it will atleast be one less thing to worry about. There are no reverse dependecies and it can autosync whenever the package is fixed in Debian.
