Please remove kmymoney on ppc64el riscv64 s390x in plucky release.

>From 5.1.3-1.1, which switches to building with QtWebEngine instead of
dead upstream kdewebkit, kmymoney is no longer buildable on
architectures where QtWebEngine does not build. For us that is ppc64el
riscv64 s390x.
