I also found only the recommends you identified so removing won't make
something uninstallable.

Furthermore multimedia-audio-utilities is only a collector of packages
in that topic area, not a strict functional dependency. More of them are
not available on all architectures.

We could keep it stuck in proposed until resolved as Debian is affected
by the same (not moving to testing). But then there is so much stuck
this helps to clear the view and it can come back once resolved.

Since it isn't removed entirely, but only those architectures we do not
need a extra-removals.txt entry to bring it back.

4.5.2-2build4 is in plucky universe and the new one is 5.0.1-1build1
