[Bug 2093901] [NEW] Please remove ppc64el , riscv64 and s390x binaries for capnproto transition

Please remove ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x binaries of sonic-visualiser
for capnproto transition. The builds fails as it depends on qt6-pdf-dev
which is not available in Ubuntu for these architectures.
